Containment is to be installed by others in the form of 63mm black ducting with no more than two bends, which are to be no more than 90 degree in radius.

Additional works as a result of poorly installed ducting with be carried out at an additional cost. The building network installation is to be managed, serviced and repaired by BNO Southwest Ltd at the employment of whom is in management of the communal areas.
